A Opus está em busca de um(a) profissional com perfil analítico, organizado e comunicativo para atuar na gestão de mobilização de pessoas, acompanhamento de indicadores e suporte às operações externas, atendendo a uma carteira de clientes, incluindo a Anglo American.O profissional será responsável por acompanhar os processos de mobilização, garantir o cumprimento dos requisitos de segurança e apoiar a gestão da performance operacional, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos e o atendimento às exigências dos clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar e acompanhar os processos de mobilização de pessoas, assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos e procedimentos exigidos pelos clientes.Organizar e acompanhar agendas de treinamentos obrigatórios, garantindo a atualização dos registros e a conformidade documental.Controlar a entrega, a disponibilidade e a regularidade dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs).Monitorar indicadores de mobilização e desempenho operacional, elaborando relatórios e apresentações gerenciais.Elaborar e apresentar auditorias, acompanhando os resultados e contribuindo para a implementação de melhorias nos processos.Realizar a gestão e o acompanhamento de uma carteira de 3 a 6 clientes, prestando suporte às equipes das operações externas.Manter relacionamento com clientes e áreas internas, garantindo alinhamento das demandas, cumprimento de prazos e qualidade das entregas.Realizar viagens para atendimento às operações em Minas Gerais, conforme necessidade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho concluído.Experiência mínima de 1 ano com processos de mobilização de pessoas.Conhecimento dos processos e requisitos de mobilização de clientes como Anglo American e Gerdau.Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.Conhecimento em Power BI para acompanhamento e apresentação de indicadores.CNH categoria B.Disponibilidade para viagens, principalmente dentro de Minas Gerais, com deslocamentos esporádicos.Residir em Betim ou região de fácil acesso.
