The posting

We're partnering with a leading contractor supporting construction at the TSMC semiconductor fabrication plant in North Phoenix, AZ. This is a high-profile, long-term project with steady work for skilled electricians who show up ready and work safely.

Position Overview

We're looking for commercial electricians to set overhead supports in concrete ceilings and run PVC pipe and conduit throughout the facility. Much of the work is done from scissor lifts using rotohammers and power tools. As the project progresses, scope may expand into broader commercial electrical work including conduit installation, wire pulls, and terminations. Journeyman electricians and experienced commercial electricians are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drill into concrete ceilings using rotohammers and hammer drills to install anchors and overhead supports
  • Install hangers, threaded rod, strut channel, and trapeze supports for pipe and conduit runs
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install PVC pipe and conduit to spec
  • Bend and install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit
  • Pull wire and cable through conduit and cable tray systems
  • Terminate and connect conductors to panels, disconnects, transformers, and equipment
  • Install and mount panels, junction boxes, and electrical devices
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and layouts
  • Perform work in compliance with the NEC and local electrical codes
  • Operate scissor lifts and aerial work platforms safely
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Follow all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Commercial or industrial electrical experience
  • Experience using power tools in a construction setting, especially rotohammers and hammer drills
  • Hands-on experience installing PVC pipe or conduit
  • Experience operating scissor lifts (lift certification a plus)
  • Comfortable working overhead and at height for extended periods
  • Strong tape measure skills and attention to detail
  • Must bring your own hand tools including PVC cutters, channel locks, measuring tape, and a drill
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Journeyman Electrician license (or working toward one)
  • 4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
  • Conduit bending experience (EMT, rigid, PVC)
  • Experience on large commercial, industrial, data center, or semiconductor projects
  • Working knowledge of the NEC
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

Benefits and Compensation

  • Pay: $32–$35/hr depending on experience
  • Weekly pay.
  • Full medical, dental and vision benefits.
  • Long-term project stability

Why Work With Us

  • Steady work on the TSMC Arizona project, one of the largest construction projects in the country
  • Semiconductor project experience that sets you apart for future work
  • Opportunity to grow into broader electrical scope as the project develops
  • A team that values safety and quality craftsmanship
  • Room to advance into lead or foreman roles for strong performers

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
