Als Senior Kubernetes Engineer bij Conflux Consulting help je organisaties bij het ontwerpen, bouwen en optimaliseren van moderne cloud-native platformen. Je opereert op het snijvlak van infrastructuur, software engineering en DevOps.

Je bent niet alleen uitvoerend sterk, maar ook inhoudelijk richtinggevend. Je adviseert klanten over containerisatie, platformarchitectuur en schaalbaarheid. Je bouwt productieklare Kubernetes-omgevingen en zorgt dat deze veilig, betrouwbaar en toekomstbestendig zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ontwerpen en implementeren van Kubernetes-platformen (on-prem, hybrid of cloud-native)
  • Adviseren over containerstrategie en cloud-architectuur
  • Opzetten van CI/CD pipelines en GitOps-implementaties
  • Inrichten van observability (monitoring, logging, tracing)
  • Automatiseren van infrastructuur met Infrastructure as Code
  • Begeleiden van DevOps- en engineeringteams
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere opbouw van de Kubernetes/Platform practice

Je past goed bij deze rol als je jezelf herkent in (een deel van) het onderstaande profiel:

  • Minimaal een afgeronde HBO Bachelor opleiding, bij voorkeur in Informatica,
  • Software Engineering, Technische Informatica of vergelijkbaar
  • Minimaal 5+ jaar ervaring in Cloud/DevOps/Platform Engineering
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met productie-omgevingen op schaal
  • Diepgaande kennis van Kubernetes in enterprise-omgevingen
  • Ervaring met AWS (EKS), Azure (AKS) en/of GCP (GKE)
  • Ervaring met CI/CD en Infrastructure as Code (bijv. Terraform)
  • Ervaring met containerisatie (Docker)
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en consultancy-ervaring
  • Vermogen om complexe infrastructuurvraagstukken helder uit te leggen aan zowel engineers als stakeholders

Toegevoegde waarde

  • Ervaring met GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux)
  • Ervaring met observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
  • Ervaring met security hardening en cloud security
  • Scripting (Bash, Python)
