Behavior Technician / RBT – Alexandria, VA & Surrounding Areas

Connect n Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)!

Join our team and support clients throughout Alexandria, VA, and surrounding communities! We have part-time cases available and work with your availability to build a caseload that fits your schedule, with opportunities to grow into full-time hours as they become available.

Part-Time to Full-Time Pathway

What You'll Do

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents
  • Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record client data
  • Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
  • Build positive relationships with clients and families

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and training, such as First Aid
  • Availability for afternoon and evening hours
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Passion for working with children
  • Ability to pass required background checks, including FBI and child abuse clearances
  • U.S. work authorization

This position may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, transitioning with clients, lifting materials or items up to approximately 25 pounds, and traveling between service locations, as applicable. Reasonable accommodations may be made in accordance with Connect n Care ABA policy and applicable law.
