BCBA – Fayetteville, NC | Flexible & In-Person

A BCBA role built around YOU - choose the clients you support, build a schedule that works for you, enjoy a low caseload, and earn a sign-on bonus plus up to $12,000 in additional bonuses.

At Connect n Care ABA, we believe BCBAs should have a voice in what their work actually looks like.

We're looking for a BCBA to join our Fayetteville, NC team in a 100% in-person role - but that doesn't mean you're locked into a rigid schedule or handed a caseload you didn't choose.

We'll work with you to identify cases that make sense for you — including factors like location, availability, and the type of clinical work you enjoy.

Rather than simply assigning you a caseload, you have a voice in the clients you support.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

Your schedule should work for your life — not the other way around.

We'll work with you to build a schedule around your availability and commitments outside of work. Whether you prefer full-time, part-time, or a specific schedule, we'll work together to find the right fit.

LOW CASELOADS

We prioritize quality over quantity, giving you more time for clinical decision-making, treatment planning, data analysis, BT/RBT support, and meaningful collaboration with families.

BONUS OPPORTUNITIES

  • Sign-on bonus
  • Up to $12,000 in additional bonus opportunities

FLEXIBLE EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS

Choose the structure that works best for you:

  • Full-Time Salaried: $90K–$110K+
  • Full-Time Hourly: $85–$100/hour
  • Part-Time: $85–$100/hour
  • Flexible scheduling

What We're Looking For

  • Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • NC BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (we cover the cost!)
  • Ability to provide services in person

Newly certified BCBAs are welcome! Clinical mentorship and support are available as you continue developing your skills.
