U Innovandu ćeš kombinirati uredsku organizaciju s koordinacijom poslovnih putovanja i pripremom natječajne dokumentacije. Pritom ćeš surađivati s kolegama iz Hrvatske i Italije, pa ćeš uz svakodnevne zadatke upoznati i kako funkcionira poslovanje međunarodne tvrtke. Ono što ovu poziciju čini zanimljivom jest kombinacija administracije i koordinacije. Nećeš raditi samo jednu vrstu zadatka, a kroz suradnju s međunarodnim timom upoznat ćeš i kako funkcioniraju poslovni projekti i natječaji.

Konkretno, posao uključuje:

  • Organizaciju poslovnih putovanja i sastanaka
  • Vođenje uredske dokumentacije i osnovnih evidencija
  • Prikupljanje i pripremu dokumentacije za javne natječaje
  • Praćenje važnih rokova i ažuriranje projektnih podataka
  • Komunikaciju s kolegama i poslovnim partnerima
  • Pomoć pri pripremi izvješća, prezentacija i prijevoda prema potrebi

  • Iskustvo u administraciji, uredskom poslovanju ili podršci projektima
  • Dobra organizacija i preciznost u radu
  • Sposobnost planiranja zadataka i praćenja rokova
  • Dobro poznavanje MS Office alata
  • Tečno znanje hrvatskog i dobro znanje engleskog jezika

Poznavanje talijanskog jezika je prednost, kao i iskustvo s javnim natječajima ili poznavanje područja zaštite okoliša.
