Kao Store Manager (m/ž) imat ćeš priliku primijeniti dosadašnje iskustvo u luksuznoj maloprodaji, organizirati rad trgovine i tima te pratiti kako se razvijaju prodaja i poslovanje.

Uz rad s odabranim modnim brendovima, sudjelovat ćeš i u razvoju online trgovine, što otvara prostor za širi pogled na poslovanje i nove načine prodaje.

👉 Kako izgleda posao ili jedan radni rad?

Dio dana provodit ćeš u prodaji i radu s klijentima, a dio u organizaciji poslovanja trgovine. To uključuje:

  • Organizaciju svakodnevnog rada butika i rasporeda zaposlenika
  • Prodaju luksuzne odjeće, obuće i modnih dodataka
  • Razvoj odnosa sa stalnim i VIP klijentima
  • Praćenje prodajnih rezultata i ostvarenja ciljeva
  • Brigu o izgledu trgovine, izlozima i prezentaciji kolekcija
  • Praćenje zaliha, zaprimanje robe i inventure
  • Izvještavanje vlasnika o poslovanju
  • Sudjelovanje u razvoju online trgovine, obradi online narudžbi i usklađivanju zaliha između fizičke i online prodaje

👉 Imaš li iskustvo koje tražimo?

Želimo da znaš da tražimo osobu koja već poznaje luksuznu modnu maloprodaju i može se osloniti na vlastito iskustvo u organizaciji rada trgovine.

Važno je da imaš:

  • Najmanje 5 godina radnog iskustva
  • Iskustvo rada u premium ili luxury maloprodaji
  • Iskustvo vođenja trgovine ili tima
  • Aktivno znanje engleskog jezika
  • Dodatna prednost je iskustvo rada s luksuznim brendovima i VIP klijentima, poznavanje ruskog jezika te iskustvo s online prodajom, obradom narudžbi i praćenjem zaliha u e-commerce sustavima.

👉 Kakva je ponuda?

  • Plaća od 1.600 do 1.800 € uz bonus na prodaju
  • Ugovor o radu na neodređeno

👉 Radno vrijeme i lokacija

Lokacija: Porto Montenegro, Tivat, Crna Gora

Radno vrijeme trgovine:

  • Zimsko razdoblje: 10:00 – 20:00
  • Ljetno razdoblje: 10:00 – 22:00

Radi se između 6 i 8 sati dnevno.
