  • Solicitar a otras áreas la información documental necesaria para el armado de carpetas de crédito o respuestas de consultas al banco.
  • Armado de formularios bancarios. En caso de que no esté claro cómo completarlo o que haya que diseñar un modelo, consultar con el oficial del banco.
  • Gestión de operaciones de descuento de instrumentos de crédito (e-cheqs o facturas), con su correspondiente registro en sistema contable.
  • Gestión de depósitos o endosos de e-cheqs. Indicando su aplicación en archivos de gestión interna.
  • Registro en sistema contable de deposito de e-cheqs.
  • Carga y actualización de datos recibidos de otras áreas a los diversos archivos de gestión diaria.
  • Contribuir al archivo, clasificación y resguardo digital y/o físico de documentación administrativa, contable y legal.
  • Verificación y validación de transferencias y/o e-cheqs cargados en plataformas de pagos.
  • Carga de datos de e-cheqs recibidos en archivos de gestión interna.
  • Aviso de ingreso de transferencias recibidas a Administracion de ventas y carga de las mismas en archivo de gestión interna.
  • Descarga de comprobantes de pagos ejecutados en plataformas de pagos para su envío a diversas áreas del Grupo.
  • Interacción con proveedores (externos e internos) en coordinación con Pago a Proveedores para envío de Ordenes de pagos y respuesta a consultas.
  • Lugar: Florida Oeste, Vicente Lopez
  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 09 a 18 hs

Requisitos

  • Busqueda de estudiante y ó graduado/a de las carreras de Economicas
  • Se valora experiencia, conocimientos previos de Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook.
  • Tener conocimiento de macros, manejo de base de datos y trato con bancos/ entidades de crédito.
