Descripción del puesto

  • Realizar la liquidación de sueldos, anticipos, primera y segunda quincena, y vacaciones de todo el grupo.
  • Confeccionar las cargas sociales correspondientes a todo el grupo.
  • Realizar el seguimiento y aplicación de la legislación laboral vigente y de las normas internas, garantizando su cumplimiento y minimizando la conflictividad laboral.
  • Elaborar y analizar informes e indicadores de gestión del área, proveyendo los elementos necesarios para la toma de decisiones.
  • Realizar y controlar la liquidación de Ganancias 4ta. Categoría.
  • Efectuar los asientos contables de sueldos y jornales.
  • Imprimir y mantener actualizados los libros de sueldos y jornales.
  • Realizar el seguimiento y control de fichadas.
  • Lugar: Nueva Pompeya - CABA
  • Horario: lunes a viernes de 8 a 17hs

Requisitos

  • Busqueda de Estudiantes y graduados de Economicas.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en tareas inherentes al área de Liquidación de Sueldos.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en liquidación de sueldos y jornales, y en la Ley de Contrato de Trabajo (LCT) y CCT 419/05.
  • Manejo de sistemas de liquidación de sueldos y sistemas de gestión.
  • Manejo de paquete Microsoft Office (nivel avanzado).
  • Habilidades de relacionamiento interpersonal, capacidad de trabajo bajo presión, tolerancia a la frustración, pensamiento analítico, proactividad, dinamismo y trabajo en equipo.
