Atividades: Efetuar o mapa geral da base sendo: Abertura dos tanques; controle de GLP, vasilhames e necessidades de ressuprimentos, enviando diariamente para a matriz.

Analisar as programações de entrega dos clientes, garantindo que sejam realizadas da forma adequada, nos prazos estipulados.

Avaliar todas as entregas não realizadas (recusa, reprogramação e atendimentos emergenciais), analisando cada uma delas e tomando as ações, abrindo ocorrências, ajustando frequências de entrega e enviando as informações diariamente para a matriz.

Verificar os clientes com crédito suspenso e realizar o follow-up com as áreas afim de evitar abastecimentos não planejados e fora de horário.

Realizar a roteirização das entregas, de forma que os pedidos sejam agrupados por regiões, atendendo o maior número de clientes em um menor espaço de tempo, fazendo um bom aproveitamento dos veículos no melhor custo.

Auxiliar no recebimento das equipes de entrega no retorno das rotas e no atendimento as ocorrências abertas pelos clientes internos e externos, através dos CRM´s, assegurando o atendimento em tempo hábil.

Requisitos: Ensino médio completo;

Experiência com planejamento de entregas;

Excel avançado

Bom relacionamento interpessoal, facilidade em comunicar-se com diversos públicos, organização, dinamismo e senso de prioridade.
