Confira essa oportunidade e #VemProPags!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar os indicadores da operação logística, monitorando performance, SLA, produtividade, qualidade e níveis de serviço dos parceiros.Realizar o acompanhamento operacional de fornecedores e transportadoras, apoiando o cumprimento dos indicadores e planos de ação.Elaborar relatórios, análises e dashboards para suporte à gestão da operação.Identificar desvios operacionais e apoiar a construção de ações corretivas junto às áreas envolvidas.Garantir a atualização e consistência das informações nos sistemas utilizados pela operação logística.Analisar a performance dos fornecedores, contribuindo com oportunidades de melhoria e otimização de processos.Realizar estudos de demanda, volumetria e capacidade operacional para apoio ao planejamento logístico.Apoiar projetos de melhoria contínua, automação e transformação de processos.Elaborar análises e apresentações executivas sobre resultados, indicadores e oportunidades de melhoria.Acompanhar iniciativas de eficiência operacional, medindo resultados e apoiando a sustentação das melhorias implementadas.Utilizar ferramentas de análise de dados para gerar insights e apoiar a tomada de decisão da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com operações logísticas, transporte ou gestão de fornecedores.Vivência na análise e acompanhamento de indicadores operacionais.Experiência com elaboração de relatórios e apresentações gerenciais.Conhecimento intermediário em Excel.Experiência com melhoria de processos e acompanhamento de planos de ação.Informações adicionaisPara se destacar nesta posição seria legal se você também tivesse:Experiência em operações logísticas do segmento financeiro, bancário ou adquirência.Conhecimento em Power BI para construção de dashboards e análises.Conhecimento em SQL para consultas e extração de dados.Conhecimento em Python para tratamento e análise de dados.Vivência com projetos de melhoria contínua e automação de processos.Conhecimento em indicadores de performance logística e gestão de fornecedores.
