The posting

RESPONSIBILITIES

This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.

A. Manage and supervise OCONUS training for personal protection services, guard force, and support personnel in overseas locations, including LN integration training.

B. Organize, manage, supervise, and schedule OCONUS training, including integration training. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Supervise training coordinators (TCs), integration and training instructors (ITIs), and training instructors (TIs).
  2. Plan and coordinate integration training for LN personnel.
  3. Ensure that all required equipment (e.g., weapons, ammunition, materials, etc.) are on-hand for integration training and post-integration in-service training.
  4. Develop and implement training plans for integration training and in-service training and firearms requalification.

Qualifications:

For bio approval, the TM shall meet the following qualifications:

  1. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  2. Must possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an instructor in a security field.
  3. Must possess a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in protective security assignments.
  4. A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been in a supervisory or in-charge capacity.
  5. A minimum of twelve (12) months of this experience must have been in protective security on WPS III and/or any of its predecessor contracts. A minimum of three (3) months of this experience must have been as a SL on WPS III and/or any of its predecessor contracts.
  6. The remaining five (5) years of experience may be gained in the employ of any federal, state, provincial, local, or commercial entities providing armed protective services that require skills similar to those identified in the PSS training course as outlined in WPS III IDIQ. This experience must be earned in locations with significant risk.
  7. Must attend and successfully complete a supervisory course meeting the requirements established in WPS III IDIQ.
  8. Obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance as identified in the contract (DOS Secret level). Clearance can be obtained during the application process. Must attend and successfully complete required training
  9. Qualify with the Glock-19, M4, M240, M249, and requalifying as required by the task order (TO)
  10.
