¿Eres un/a profesional de la ingeniería con amplia experiencia en producción y montaje electromecánico en instalaciones de tratamiento de agua? Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Producción Electromecánico/a para integrarse en nuestro equipo en l'ETAP del Ter (Cardedeu).

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Tu misión será liderar y coordinar a pie de obra la ejecución, montaje y puesta en marcha de las instalaciones electromecánicas en la ETAP del Ter, asegurando la planificación de los trabajos, el cumplimiento de los rendimientos de producción, la calidad técnica y las normas de seguridad aplicables.

Como responsable de producción electromecánica, te encargarás de la organización operativa de los equipos de trabajo y subcontratas, garantizando que el avance de la obra se ejecute conforme al proyecto técnico y los plazos establecidos.

Tus funciones principales:

  • Gestión de la Producción: Liderar y planificar a pie de obra los trabajos de montaje electromecánico (bombeos, líneas de filtración, dosificación, decantación, cuadros eléctricos, automatismos y tubería industrial).
  • Control de Rendimientos e Incidencias: Realizar el seguimiento diario de la producción, optimizando los recursos asignados y resolviendo cualquier imprevisto técnico o logístico durante el montaje.
  • Coordinación de Equipos y Subcontratas: Dirigir al personal operativo propio y coordinar a las empresas subcontratadas especializadas (montajes mecánicos, electricistas, soldadores, etc.), asegurando el ritmo y la calidad de los trabajos.
  • Seguridad y Salud (P.R.L.): Velar por el cumplimiento estricto de las medidas de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (P.R.L.) y medioambientales específicas en la planta.
  • Relación con la Dirección de Obra: Coordinar con el Jefe de Obra y la Dirección Técnica la certificación del avance de los trabajos electromecánicos.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Formación: Ingeniería Técnica o Superior (Grado o Máster en Ingeniería), con especialidad en Mecánica o Eléctrica.
  • Experiencia: 10 años de experiencia demostrable en ejecución, producción o montaje electromecánico en estaciones potabilizadoras (ETAP) o depuradoras (EDAR).
  • Requisitos imprescindibles: Carné de conducir en vigor.
  • Conocimientos Específicos: Experiencia en interpretación de planos electromecánicos, esquemas eléctricos y control de ejecución de instalaciones de tratamiento de agua. Manejo de herramientas de planificación y seguimiento de obra.
  • Habilidades: Capacidad de liderazgo de equipos operativos a pie de obra, dotes de mando, orientación a objetivos de producción y alto compromiso con la calidad y la seguridad.
