The posting

Para nueva obra ferroviaria en Monterrey buscamos incorporar una Gerencia Técnica.

Propósito: Optimizar los recursos del Consorcio mediante ingeniería de valor, prever y mitigar riesgos técnicos antes de que impacten la ruta crítica, y garantizar la liquidez del proyecto a través de un respaldo documental absoluto para la facturación (certificaciones) ante el Cliente.

FUNCIONES

- Gestión Documental, Innovación Tecnológica y Entorno BIM

- Control Topográfico de Alta Precisión y Geometría Espacial

-Coordinación Estratégica y Resolución de Interfaces Ferroviarias

-Gestión Contractual, Control de Subcontratos y Certificaciones

-Auditoría de Constructabilidad, revisión exhaustiva de los proyectos ejecutivos emitidos por los subcontratistas. Identificación temprana de incongruencias entre la ingeniería estructural.

-Ingeniería de valor, proponer activamente alternativas de materiales o procedimientos constructivos que reduzcan tiempos de ejecución o costos directos del consorcio, siempre manteniendo los estándares normativos.

-Cierre de Ciclo As-Built: Establecer el flujo riguroso para que los levantamientos diarios de campo se reflejen en los planos finales "Conforme a Obra", paso indispensable para la entrega recepción del proyecto.

-Dirigir las sesiones de "Clash Detection" (Detección de interferencias) semanales. Integrar los modelos 3D de obra civil con los modelos de instalaciones y sistemas ferroviarios, resolviendo conflictos espaciales en la pantalla antes de que se conviertan en demoliciones y sobrecostos en el terreno.

- Preparación de mediciones y certificaciones.

- Redacción de informes y documentación.

- Análisis crítico de proyecto, definición de alternativas y soluciones.

- Analizar y colaborar en la elaboración de modificaciones presupuestarias.

- Colaborar junto con el Jefe/a de Obra y Jefe/a de Producción en la planificación de los trabajos.

REQUISTIOS

- Formación finalizada en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Topográfica, o Arquitectura (Titulado y con Cédula Profesional).

-Valorada Máster en Ingeniería Ferroviaria, Especialidad en Vías Terrestres, o Maestría en Administración de Proyectos de Construcción.

-Preferentemente contar con alguna certificación en PMP (Project Management Professional), BIM Manager, o Diplomados en Contract Management (Gestión de Contratos FIDIC o similares).

- Al menos 10 años ininterrumpidos en el sector de la construcción de macro-proyectos de infraestructura (preferentemente bajo esquemas de Consorcio o UTE).

-Dominio en AREMA, Normas Europeas (EN) aplicables a ferrocarriles e integridad estructural.

- Dominio paquete Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Primavera, Autodesk, Neodata, Excel avanzado (macros y/o tablas dinámicas complejas)

- Experiencia mandatoria y demostrable en proyectos de transporte masivo (Metro, Trenes de Pasajeros Interurbanos o Trenes de Carga).

- Conocimiento de software de presupuestos.

- Amplia capacidad analítica para desglosar precios unitarios, entender escalatorias de precios de materiales y proyectar flujos de caja operativos de la obra.
