Estamos em busca de um(a) Administrativo de Obras para integrar nosso time e atuar de forma autônoma nas rotinas administrativas e financeiras da obra, contribuindo para a organização dos processos, o controle de contratos e documentos. Também será apoio e referência para os assistentes administrativos. Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, proativa, responsável e com atenção aos detalhes, que tenha facilidade para lidar com rotinas administrativas, controles e diferentes áreas da operação.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

•

Dar suporte as rotinas de Departamento Pessoal (DP) das obras, incluindo folha de ponto, admissões, demissões e demais documentos dos colaboradores; • Realizar a solicitação, conferência, medição e lançamento de contratos de serviços; • Acompanhar e analisar os saldos dos contratos, identificando a necessidade de aditivos e realizando os devidos encaminhamentos; • Realizar o cadastro e a atualização de fornecedores no sistema, apoiando a solicitação e o controle de materiais; • Manter contato e conduzir as tratativas com fornecedores de serviços; • Acompanhar a emissão, conferência e envio de notas fiscais; • Organizar, controlar e arquivar documentos administrativos e financeiros da obra; • Elaborar planilhas e relatórios de acompanhamento para a gestão da obra; • Orientar e apoiar os assistentes administrativos nas rotinas da obra; • Prestar suporte às demais demandas administrativas, contribuindo para o bom andamento das atividades.Requisitos e qualificações•
