Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden als externe Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit mit Schwerpunkt in der Kfz- Branche (namhafte Autohausgruppen und Autohäuser) aber auch in sonstigen Branchen
  • Kompetente Unterstützung in allen Fragen rund um Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Durchführung von Betriebsbegehungen und Teilnahme ASA-Sitzungen
  • Erstellung von Begehungsberichten und ASA- Protokollen in Abstimmung mit dem Betriebsmediziner
  • Aufzeigen von Verbesserungspotentialen im täglichen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Durchführung von Unterweisungen und Schulungen der Mitarbeiter zu Arbeitssicherheitsthemen
  • Beratung bei der Analyse und Bewertung von Arbeitsplätzen und aktive Begleitung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie bei der Ableitung von geeigneten Schutzmaßnahmen
  • Eigenständige Planung deiner Kundentermine und selbständige Organisation deiner Arbeiten

Dein Profil

  • Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit oder Sicherheitsingenieur
  • Idealerweise hast du weitere Qualifikationen, z. B. in Umwelt-, Brand- oder Gefahrstoff-/Gefahrgutmanagement oder möchtest zukünftig in diesen Bereichen qualifiziert werden
  • Empathie, fachliche Kompetenz und eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Produkten, insbesondere mit Word, Excel und PowerPoint
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Neuen Bundesländer
  • Zwingend erforderlich: Führerschein Klasse B sowie hohe Mobilität
