Deine Aufgaben

  • Konzeption & Umsetzung: Du entwirfst neue IT-Lösungen und Infrastrukturen und führst die Umsetzung bis zur Produktivsetzung durch
  • Systembetrieb & Business Continuity: Administration und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Anwendungslandschaft auf Basis von Proxmox, Linux und Docker – inklusive Backup, Wiederanlauf und der Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs
  • KI-Infrastruktur: Aufbau und Betrieb unserer souveränen KI-Infrastruktur und der zugehörigen Tools
  • Support & IT-Solutions: Erste Anlaufstelle bei IT-Problemen – für unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen ebenso wie für die Fachbereiche und Kunden, die unsere IT-Solutions nutzen. Von der Analyse über die Behebung bis zur nachhaltigen Lösung
  • Netzwerke & Firewalls: Verantwortung für die Netzwerkadministration inklusive Firewall-Betrieb (u. a. OPNsense)
  • Sicherheit, Updates & Automatisierung: Patch- und Updatemanagement, Betrieb und Ausbau unseres SIEM sowie Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebs- und Deployment-Aufgaben
  • IT-Security: Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung des IT-Sicherheitskonzepts, unter anderem durch Penetration Testing und Härtung unserer Systeme

Dein Profil

  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis im Umgang mit gängigen Betriebssystemen und Hardwaretechnologien, insbesondere Linux und Windows
  • Technisches Know-how: Sicherer Umgang mit Servertechnologien wie Virtualisierung (Proxmox), Containerisierung (Docker), Webservern, Monitoring und Automatisierung
  • Netzwerk & Firewall: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerken sowie Erfahrung mit Firewall-Systemen (u. a. OPNsense)
  • IT-Security: Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Security, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in Penetration Testing und im Umgang mit SIEM-Lösungen
  • KI-Affinität: Interesse an oder erste Erfahrung mit dem Aufbau und Betrieb von KI-Infrastruktur und -Tools
  • Backup & Recovery: Erfahrung im Backupmanagement
  • Serviceorientierung: Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Anwendern und die Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
