Responsabilidades

  • Atuar como assistente de atendimento multicanal, prestando suporte via chat, WhatsApp e e-mail com foco na humanização.
  • Solucionar demandas operacionais diárias dos clientes, envolvendo certificados digitais, dados de acesso e informações sobre mensalidades.
  • Gerenciar com eficiência o fluxo de tickets, operando em múltiplas telas simultaneamente para garantir agilidade.
  • Acompanhar e garantir a excelência nas métricas de qualidade como assistente de atendimento no dia a dia.

Requisitos

  • Estar cursando ou ter concluído o ensino superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.
  • Apresentar vivência anterior comprovada em operações de call center ou em suporte direto ao cliente via chat.
  • Possuir agilidade e pleno domínio de digitação para conduzir múltiplos chamados simultâneos com eficiência.
  • Demonstrar familiaridade prática com os principais indicadores de qualidade e performance, como TMA, TME, CSAT e NPS.
