Atuar ativamente na conversão de leads em negócios rentáveis por meio de negociações estratégicas e atendimento consultivo. Seu foco será impulsionar o crescimento da receita da empresa, construindo relações sólidas e duradouras com os clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Iniciar contatos e realizar atendimento a leads, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre as soluções para identificar oportunidades e desenvolver um portfólio qualificado.
  • Conduzir negociações estratégicas para transformar leads em negócios rentáveis, focando na superação de metas mensais e na melhoria contínua das taxas de conversão.
  • Enviar propostas e realizar o fechamento de vendas com um mix equilibrado de planos, contribuindo para a expansão da receita da companhia.
  • Acompanhar relatórios diários de produtividade e vendas, avaliando o progresso para ajustar prioridades e otimizar abordagens comerciais.
  • Atuar como multiplicador de conhecimento, apoiando e treinando novos integrantes para elevar o desempenho e a qualificação de toda a equipe.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando.
  • Possuir vivência prática em rotinas comerciais, focadas em prospecção, atendimento e fechamento de vendas.
  • Demonstrar forte capacidade analítica para interpretar indicadores de produtividade e ajustar estratégias diárias com agilidade.
  • Apresentar habilidade de comunicação e persuasão para conduzir negociações assertivas e orientadas a resultados.
  • Atuar com autonomia e inteligência emocional para administrar metas desafiadoras e propor soluções focadas na experiência do cliente.
