Garantir a execução e exatidão dos fechamentos de maior complexidade técnica. Disseminar conhecimentos pela empresa para assegurar o cumprimento de prazos e o alcance das metas na entrega de relatórios contábeis de alta qualidade.

Responsabilidades

  • Executar fechamentos contábeis de clientes em fase de encerramento, assegurando o cumprimento de obrigações acessórias e demonstrativos financeiros.
  • Conduzir demandas contábeis e validações para empresas que possuem histórico de participação em licitações.
  • Prestar esclarecimentos e orientações sobre rotinas de fechamento de balanços para clientes e áreas internas.
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento da equipe por meio de treinamentos, elevando o nível de conhecimento e a capacidade de entregas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria em métricas e ferramentas para otimizar as rotinas e execuções diárias.

Requisitos

  • Possuir Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, com registro ativo e regularizado no CRC.
  • Dominar a análise de obrigações acessórias e demonstrativos financeiros, especialmente para clientes em processo de encerramento.
  • Apresentar vivência prática no atendimento e análise de empresas que participaram de licitações.
  • Operar com proficiência as ferramentas do Pacote Office para a elaboração de análises e consolidação de dados.
