Executar os fechamentos contábeis, principalmente, os que exigem mais conhecimentos técnicos e disseminar esses conhecimentos com a companhia, visando cumprir prazos e metas para a entrega dos relatórios contábeis.

Responsabilidades

  • Entregar o fechamento contábil utilizando as ferramentas que nosso sistema fornece, juntamente com os meios de consultas externas, visando fechar um balanço patrimonial.
  • Contribuir com o planejamento da área, realizando análises de dados relevantes referente ao desempenho do time, entregas da área, e desafios do negócio, visando entregar um plano que seja factível para a equipe e alinhado com os objetivos da companhia.
  • Colaborar com desenvolvimento de outros guardiões, compartilhando conhecimento, esclarecendo dúvidas, trazendo feedbacks, sendo referência em suas entregas e atributos, à fim de aumentar os níveis de conhecimento, capacidade de entrega e evolução profissional da equipe.
  • Atender clientes variados, assumindo responsabilidades de situações mais delicadas/complexas, onde se exige mais rapidez, experiência e ou trato diferenciado, buscando sempre a resolução do problema com maior eficiência, visando a melhor experiência do cliente.
  • Propor abordagens inovadoras e aplicáveis nas rotinas existentes para melhorar as execuções em todas as areas de atuações.
  • Responsável por atividades de maiores impactos da área, contribuindo com o planejamento, acompanhando os resultados junto a equipe.

Requisitos

  • Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis.
  • CRC Ativo
  • Domínio de rotina contábil, atuando em escritório contábil.
  • Experiência atuando com regimes de simples nacional e lucro presumido.
  • Habilidade com Pacote Office.
  • Domínio sobre normas contábeis.
  • Desejável: Experiência no uso de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial Generativa (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude e/ou outros).
