A sua missão:

Buscamos um protagonista para contribuir ativamente com a inteligência de performance da nossa Fintech. Sua missão é mergulhar na jornada de negócio para 'destrinchar o porquê' por trás de cada indicador, desenhando hipóteses e validando MVPs que impulsionem o cross-sell de serviços financeiros. Aqui, você terá autonomia para estruturar problemas complexos e influenciar diretamente o roadmap de um dos maiores ecossistemas de empreendedorismo do Brasil.

Como será o seu dia a dia:

  • Assumir a responsabilidade pelas iniciativas frente às demais áreas da empresa, garantindo que o time de tecnologia e as diretrizes de negócio estejam alinhados aos objetivos estratégicos.
  • Ir além do reporte de números; você deve destrinchar dados para entender as causas de variações de performance (subidas ou quedas) e sugerir planos de ação resolutivos.
  • Estruturar análises de forma ampla e independente, desenhando hipóteses e investigando problemas sem necessidade de orientação constante (especialmente para níveis de senioridade mais altos).
  • Focar na performance de produtos (como serviços financeiros/C-Bank), equilibrando a experiência do usuário com a geração de receita.
  • Liderar reuniões e engajar diferentes áreas para garantir a viabilidade e execução das jornadas de negócio.

O que buscamos:

  • Formação: Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Economia, Estatística ou cursos de exatas.
  • Perfil Analítico Sólido: Capacidade comprovada de estruturar problemas e oferecer uma visão de negócios crítica, independentemente do setor de origem (experiências em Growth, Produtos, Business Analysis ou Novos Negócios são bem-vindas).
  • Hard Skills: Proficiência em SQL ou Python para manipulação e tratamento de dados, além de capacidade de construir visualizações (Data Vis) para suportar as recomendações.
  • Comportamento Propositivo: Atitude de "dono", demonstrando claramente qual foi seu papel de protagonismo em projetos anteriores e o impacto gerado por suas ações.

Pontos a mais que você possui:

  • Experiência prévia em Startups, Fintechs ou Serviços Financeiros.
  • Background com o perfil de Business Architect ou consultoria estratégica.
  • Capacidade de atuar em ambientes híbridos e dinâmicos, com flexibilidade para transitar entre diferentes verticais de negócio.
