A sua missão como Contabilíder:

Planejar, desenvolver e liderar a equipe de analistas no cumprimento do calendário de apurações de impostos Municipais, Estaduais e Federais no mercado nacional, garantindo pontualidade nos prazos legais e excelência nos resultados de qualidade, NPS e atendimento ao cliente.

Como será o seu dia a dia:

  • Desenvolver soluções operacionais conectadas aos objetivos do negócio, construindo estruturas sólidas e escaláveis.
  • Mapear gargalos operacionais e propor automações em parceria com squads de inovação, impulsionando a eficiência dos processos fiscais.
  • Conduzir a equipe com liderança empática e assertiva durante o período de mudanças, mantendo a engajamento, a produtividade e reduzindo o impacto no time.
  • Controlar e acompanhar o calendário de apuração dos tributos por meio de indicadores, assegurando o cumprimento rigoroso da legislação vigente e a pontualidade das entregas.
  • Criar e monitorar indicadores qualitativos e quantitativos para acompanhar o desempenho da equipe, atuando estrategicamente na adaptação de planos e na alocação eficiente de recursos.
  • Manter comunicação ativa e bom relacionamento com outras áreas da companhia, garantindo total alinhamento técnico e operacional.
  • Distribuir as demandas e pessoas certas com base no perfil técnico e comportamental, visando o equilíbrio das entregas e o melhor aproveitamento do time.
  • Capacitar a equipe e promover feedbacks periódicos, impulsionando o crescimento contínuo dos colaboradores e o plano de carreira interno.
  • Diagnosticar, analisar e comunicar riscos e oportunidades que impactem diretamente as regras de negócio.

O que buscamos:

  • Ensino Superior completo e/ou Pós Graduação: Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia, Direito ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência no ecossistema de tecnologia e inovação (atuação com squads, metodologias ágeis e automação de rotinas fiscais).
  • Sólida vivência na condução de operações e na gestão/desenvolvimento de equipes.
  • Experiência consistente na rotina de gestão fiscal e em condução de projetos da área.
  • Domínio do Pacote Office e facilidade para atuar com softwares de gestão de processos.
