Als Klantexpert Multiclient ben je enthousiast en heb je een sterke drive om verschillende klanten te woord staan. Je helpt hen telefonisch verder met de meest uiteenlopende vragen in zowel het Nederlands als Engels. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten van verschillende opdrachtgevers. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je beantwoord vragen, denkt mee in oplossingen en zorgt voor een uitstekende klantbeleving. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin je moeiteloos schakelt tussen verschillende systemen, processen en klantvragen.

Wat vragen wij jou?

  • Je voldoet minimaal aan een MBO werk- of denkniveau;
  • Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in klantcontact;
  • Je bezit sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je bezit het vermogen om snel te kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende systemen om informatie zo accuraat bij te houden en problemen efficiënt op te lossen;
  • Je bent zelfstandig, gemotiveerd, servicegericht;
  • Je bent flexibel beschikbaar voor 32u-40u per week vanwege de 24/7 openingswindow. Verplicht maandag en vrijdag beschikbaar te zijn;
  • Je bent minimaal 2 nachtdiensten beschikbaar door de week vanaf 20:00u. Je bent minimaal 2 weekenden in de maand beschikbaar voor de nachtdienst;
  • Je hebt een typsnelheid van minimaal 200 aanslagen per minuut en 95% foutloos. (Je kunt op onderstaande link oefenen met typvaardigheden: https://ticken.nl/typecursus/typetest.html).

Dit zijn wij

ContactCare is een leuke, jonge organisatie die klantenservice voor diverse organisaties faciliteert. Wij helpen meer dan 300 merken met het verbeteren en uit handen nemen van hun klantenservice. Wij geven hiervoor trainingen, passend advies of nemen het volledige klantcontact van organisaties over.

We hebben twee locaties in Paramaribo waaronder de Heerenstraat en de Nassylaan, vol met planten, een gezellig werkcafé en leuke collega’s. Daarnaast hebben we twee locaties in Nederland waaronder in Amersfoort en Eindhoven. Samen met ongeveer 200 collega’s delen we de missie om mensen verder te helpen, onszelf elke dag te ontwikkelen en altijd voor de verbinding te gaan. Daarnaast mag iedereen bij ContactCare zeggen wat hij of zij wil en kan iedereen volledig zichzelf zijn.
