Ben jij een analytische denker met een passie voor optimalisatie? Als Real Time Analyst coördineer je de inzet van medewerkers en werkstromen, bewaak je productienormen en stuur je bij waar nodig om KPI’s te behalen. Je analyseert data, signaleert afwijkingen en adviseert stakeholders proactief.

Met jouw inzicht in real-time metrics en je vermogen om capaciteitsoverschotten te benutten, draag je bij aan een efficiënte operatie. Kom ons team versterken en maak impact!

Jouw kerntaken

Dagelijkse Sturing

  • Coördineren van de de inzet van medewerkers en werkstromen om dagelijkse en wekelijkse KPI’s effectief en efficiënt te behalen. SLA sturing is een pre.
  • Bewaken van productienormen zoals Adherence, bezettingsgraad en aantal toegestane FTE’s; signaleert en adviseert hierover na regulier overleg met de projectverantwoordelijke en Workforce management (WFM) Manager.
  • Verwerken van afwezigheids- en verzuimmeldingen in het rooster.
  • Monitoren van real-time metrics zoals Real Time Adherence, Average Handling Time en ASA van agenten op interval niveau, en stuurt bij of adviseert de operatie indien nodig.

Analyse bij Afwijkingen

  • Verzamelen en analyseren van gegevens over capaciteit en performance, en deze zowel schriftelijk als mondeling communiceren naar de betrokkenen.
  • Proactief uitleg geven over afwijkingen in volumes, afhandeltijden, inzeturen en KPI’s.

Adviseren van Stakeholders

  • Maatregelen voorstellen bij grote afwijkingen van de forecast aan de project verantwoordelijke.
  • Advies uitbrengen aan de WFM Manager bij afwijkend verkeer of bezetting en acties uit zetten op speciaal verzoek van de opdrachtgever, WFM Manager, of Manager Operations.

Dit ben jij:

  • In staat op MBO+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau te functioneren;
  • Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen het WFM vak als RTA;
  • Je hebt kennis van WFM pakketten zoals Peopleware, Verint, NICE IEX of andere personeelsplanningssystemen;
  • Redelijke kennis van de belplatformen zoals Genysys, Avaya, 3CX;
  • Data verwerkingsprogramma’s zoals Excel (gevorderd) hebben geen geheimen voor jou;
  • Een uitstekende communicator die gaat voor verbinding;
  • Goed in het maken van rapportages en hebt sterke administratieve vaardigheden;
  • Iemand die oplossingsgericht denkt met sterke analytische vaardigheden;
  • Proactief en flexibel in omgang die snel kan schakelen op verschillende niveaus;
  • Flexibel beschikbaar zijn van maandag tot zondag tussen 07:00u en 21:00u CET;

Daarnaast hebben we twee locaties in Nederland waaronder in Amersfoort en Eindhoven en een locatie in Antwerpen, België.
