Modelo de atuação: Híbrida - 3 dias presencial e 2 home-office

Local: Santana - Zona Norte - São Paulo/SP

Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional com sólida experiência no mercado contábil para atuar estrategicamente junto a escritórios de contabilidade de todo o Brasil, apoiando empresários na adaptação à Reforma Tributária e na transformação desse cenário em oportunidades de crescimento e geração de valor.

*Responsabilidades:*

* Atuar como consultor(a) estratégico(a) para escritórios contábeis em temas relacionados à Reforma Tributária.

* Apoiar a construção de planos de ação para adaptação operacional, comercial e consultiva.

* Conduzir reuniões estratégicas, diagnósticos e análises de maturidade.

* Identificar oportunidades de monetização e expansão de serviços junto às carteiras de clientes.

* Estruturar novos produtos e serviços consultivos relacionados à Reforma Tributária.

* Ministrar treinamentos, workshops e apresentações técnicas.

* Acompanhar atualizações legislativas e traduzir impactos em ações práticas para os clientes.

*Requisitos:*

* Experiência comprovada no mercado contábil.

* Vivência com escritórios de contabilidade, consultoria empresarial ou desenvolvimento de negócios contábeis.

* Conhecimento sobre a Reforma Tributária e seus impactos para empresas e escritórios contábeis.

* Experiência na condução de reuniões consultivas com empresários.

* Excelente comunicação, visão estratégica e perfil orientado à geração de valor.

*Diferenciais:*

* Experiência em consultoria estratégica para escritórios contábeis.

* Participação em projetos relacionados à implementação da Reforma Tributária.

* Vivência com treinamentos, palestras e produção de conteúdo técnico.

* Conhecimento em planejamento tributário, precificação consultiva e desenvolvimento de serviços.
