Estamos em busca de um(a) Supervisor(a) Contábil para liderar a equipe e garantir excelência nos processos, cumprimento de prazos e qualidade nas entregas do setor.

Essa posição é estratégica para assegurar organização, produtividade e desenvolvimento do time contábil.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Liderar, orientar e motivar a equipe contábil em busca de metas e resultados.

Monitorar e avaliar o desempenho dos colaboradores, promovendo desenvolvimento contínuo.

Garantir o cumprimento de prazos, obrigações e metas do setor.

Implementar melhorias nos processos e rotinas contábeis, buscando eficiência operacional.

Atuar na organização das demandas, distribuição de tarefas e acompanhamento das entregas.

Manter um ambiente de trabalho saudável, colaborativo e produtivo.

Apoiar na tomada de decisões técnicas e estratégicas da área.

Requisitos:

Experiência prévia como Supervisor(a) ou em cargos de liderança na área contábil.

Sólido conhecimento em gestão de equipes e processos.

Capacidade de tomada de decisão e visão analítica.

Habilidade de comunicação e resolução de conflitos.

Formação superior em Ciências Contábeis.

Diferenciais:

Facilidade de comunicação e perfil de liderança inspiradora.

Boa capacidade de trabalho em equipe.

Excel intermediário ou avançado.

Perfil organizado, proativo e orientado a resultados.
