Descripción del empleo

• Apoyar a los ingenieros de manufactura en la ejecución y seguimiento de actividades de mejora continua, estandarización e industrialización de procesos productivos.

• Colaborar en la actualización y control de documentación técnica, incluyendo instrucciones de trabajo, ayudas visuales, hojas de proceso, checklists, PFMEA, Planes de Control y registros relacionados.

• Dar seguimiento a acciones derivadas de proyectos, auditorías, validaciones y actividades de mejora, asegurando la actualización de evidencias y bases de datos del área.

• Participar en levantamientos de información en piso, toma de tiempos, análisis de procesos y recopilación de datos para indicadores de desempeño.

• Apoyar en la implementación y validación de mejoras en procesos, herramentales, dispositivos y equipos periféricos bajo la supervisión del Ingeniero de Manufactura.

• Contribuir a la elaboración de reportes técnicos, presentaciones y documentación de proyectos del área.

• Mantener comunicación con Producción, Calidad, Mantenimiento y Tooling para el seguimiento de actividades asignadas, promoviendo el trabajo colaborativo entre áreas.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante activo de Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Industrial, Manufactura, Electromecánica o carrera afín.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas profesionales o estadía conforme a los lineamientos de la institución educativa.
  • Interés en procesos de manufactura, industrialización, mejora continua y solución de problemas.
  • Conocimientos básicos de interpretación de planos, procesos de manufactura y herramientas de mejora continua.
  • Manejo básico de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint y Word).
  • Deseable conocimiento de AutoCAD, SolidWorks o software CAD similar.
  • Deseable conocimiento básico de SAP y herramientas de análisis de datos.
  • Inglés básico a intermedio para comprensión de documentación técnica.
  • Habilidades de análisis, organización, trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.
  • Actitud proactiva, disposición para aprender y orientación a resultados.
