Stellenbeschreibung

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Kommunikationskampagnen für die EMEA-Region des Bereiches Exterior Lamination Solutions
  • Erstellung zielgruppengerechter Marketinginhalte sowie Steuerung von Kommunikations-maßnahmen über digitale und klassische Kanäle
  • Unterstützung von Produkteinführungen und Wachstumsinitiativen durch geeignete Kom-munikations- und Vermarktungskonzepte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und technischen Fachbereichen
  • Planung und Begleitung von Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen in enger Zusammen-arbeit mit dem Fairs und Events Team
  • Analyse von Kampagnenerfolgen sowie Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen anhand relevanter Kennzahlen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Strukturierte und dennoch kreative Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsstärke und gutes Projektmanagement
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie ergebnisorientierte Herangehensweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 sowie digitalen Marketing- und Kommunikationstools
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Kampagnenmanagement, Content-Erstellung und digitales Marketing
  • Berufserfahrung in Marketing Communications, idealerweise im B2B- oder industriellen Umfeld
