Stellenbeschreibung

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Unternehmensschutz / Werkfeuerwehr suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist zur Sicherheit unseres Standorts beiträgt.

Die Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Feuerwehrtätigkeiten (Einsatzdienst, Wartung und Überprüfung von Brandschutz- und Hilfeleistungseinrichtungen sowie Feuerwehrausrüstung und Durchführung von Sicherheitsunterweisungen)
  • Technische Hilfeleistung (Einsatztätigkeiten, Aufsicht beim Befahren von Behältern)
  • Rettungs- und Sanitätsdienst (Erste-Hilfe-Leistung, Rettungs- und Krankentransporte)
  • Werkschutz (Wach- und Streifendienst, Werkschutzkontrollen)
  • Allgemeine Dienste (Veranstaltungsdienste, Winterdienst, Annahme von Sonderlieferungen u. Ä.)

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung
  • Uneingeschränkte Feuerwehrdiensttauglichkeit nach G 26.3
  • Wohnsitz im näheren Umkreis des Werks Northeim
  • Führerschein der Klasse C (CE wünschenswert)
  • Ausbildung im Bereich der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr:Abgeschlossene Truppausbildung Sprechfunk Atemschutzgeräteträger Gruppenführerausbildung
  • Wünschenswert:Technische Hilfeleistung Gefährliche Stoffe Maschinistenausbildung
  • Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit im Werkrettungsdienst, abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Rettungssanitäter wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung in den Bereichen Feuerwehr, Rettungsdienst und Werkschutz
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (24-Stunden-Schichtdienst) sowie zur Arbeit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit besonders in Krisen- und Ausnahmesituationen
  • Empathisches und respektvolles Auftreten
  • Physische und psychische Fitness wird vorausgesetzt
