  1. Accountable on negotiation and sign with customer on Tier 1 oriented annual contract /price list ,sign agreements include quality/technical/logistics by coordinating all member from different departments.负责谈判和签订一级供应商的包括销售合同，协调各部门签订质量、技术以及物流协议。
  2. Responsible for annual sales budget and rolling forecast.负责年度销售预算和滚动预测。
  3. Responsible for the recovery of customer’s overdue payment.负责客户的应收款收回。
  4. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory market segment ,support PM to get new project.在指定的市场通过与现有的以及潜在的客户建立,发展和保持业务关系,支持项目组一起获得新项目。
