Description du poste

Le/la gestionnaire participe activement en binôme avec le KAM à la relation client, en particulier sur les sujets administratifs. Il/Elle intervient en support du Responsable Grands Comptes (KAM) sur des missions diverses et participe à toutes les étapes de la relation commerciale.

Mission Principale :

- Mise à jour de la base de donnée clients.

Missions diverses :

- Rédaction des offres,

- Modification de compte. Création et mise à jour des conditions clients,

- Rédaction des fiches commerciales / RLA - SLA

- Suivi des encours en collaboration avec le service finances, résolution des litiges

- Introduction dans le systéme des conditions de vente.

Qualifications

BAC + 2 en commerce, gestion

Expérience de 3 ans au minimum dans une fonction similaire.

Aucune expérience managériale requise.

À l’aise dans un environnement transverse et collaboratif.
