Die Firma A-Z Formen- und Maschinenbau GmbH ist spezialisiert auf die Herstellung von Formen für Autoreifen. Wir sind ein Mitglied der Continental-Firmengruppe und stellen in unserer deutschen Produktionsstätte auf einer Fläche von 15.000 qm die Formen zur Vulkanisation von Autoreifen und anderen Reifen, sowie Sonderbauteile her. Seit 60 Jahren sind wir ein führender und weltweiter Lieferant der Reifenindustrie mit hohem Qualitäts- und Servicestandard.

Stellenbeschreibung

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Gipskernen für den Gießereiprozess in Schichtarbeit
  • Anfertigung von Gipsplatten und Gipsformen
  • Fräsen, Setzen, Reinigen und Finishing von Gipskernen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen sowie Maßprüfungen mit Messmitteln
  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktions- und Bearbeitungsmaschinen
  • Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und kleinere Reparaturarbeiten an Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln (z. B. Sprühpistolen, Absaugkabinen, Gipsmischmaschinen, Fräsmaschinen und Setztische)
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit im Produktionsbereich

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Maler und Lackierer, Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Messmitteln
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 2 und 3 Schichtbetrieb
  • Qualitätsbewusste und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Krahn und Staplerschein
