Apoiar a execução das estratégias de comunicação digital da empresa por meio da produção, organização e publicação de conteúdos para redes sociais, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da marca, o relacionamento com o público e o cumprimento do planejamento de marketing.

Competências Exigida para o Cargo

• Conhecimento básico das principais plataformas digitais, como Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest e YouTube.

• Conhecimento em criação de conteúdo para redes sociais.

• Capacidade de elaborar legendas, textos curtos, pautas e ideias de publicações.

• Conhecimento em ferramentas de criação e edição, como Canva e CapCut ou similares.

• Noções de identidade visual, comunicação de marca e marketing digital.

• Conhecimento básico de métricas de redes sociais, como alcance, impressões, curtidas, comentários e visualizações.

• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.

• Organização para controlar calendários editoriais, arquivos e prazos.

• Criatividade, atenção aos detalhes e interesse por tendências digitais.

• Apoiar a execução do calendário editorial das redes sociais da empresa.

• Criar e adaptar conteúdos para Stories, Reels, carrosséis, publicações estáticas e outros formatos.

• Desenvolver legendas, chamadas para ação e textos conforme as orientações recebidas.

• Auxiliar na elaboração de pautas e roteiros para vídeos e campanhas.

• Realizar pesquisas de referências, tendências, áudios, formatos e conteúdos relevantes para a marca.

• Apoiar a produção de fotos e vídeos de produtos, campanhas e ações institucionais.

• Realizar edições básicas de imagens e vídeos, respeitando a identidade visual da empresa.

• Programar e publicar conteúdos conforme o calendário aprovado.

• Organizar materiais, arquivos, referências e conteúdos produzidos.

• Acompanhar comentários, mensagens, menções e interações nas redes sociais, encaminhando demandas específicas aos responsáveis.

• Monitorar indicadores básicos de desempenho e auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios.

• Acompanhar publicações e identificar conteúdos com melhor desempenho para compartilhar aprendizados com a equipe.

• Apoiar a execução de campanhas promocionais, lançamentos e ações sazonais.

• Garantir que os conteúdos publicados estejam revisados e alinhados às orientações da liderança.

• Cumprir prazos, padrões de qualidade e procedimentos estabelecidos pelo departamento de Marketing.
