Nesta oportunidade, você terá contato com a rotina de uma emissora, participando de gravações, bastidores, produção de vídeos, cobertura de pautas e criação de conteúdo para diferentes formatos digitais.

Impacto da vaga

A pessoa contribuirá para fortalecer a presença digital do Grupo RCN na cidade de Paranaíba, aproximando a marca do público por meio de conteúdos criativos, ágeis e conectados com o dia a dia da emissora.

Seu trabalho apoiará a divulgação de pautas, bastidores, campanhas, eventos e conteúdos institucionais, ajudando a ampliar o alcance, o engajamento e a conexão da Cultura FM com a comunidade.

Principais atividades

Apoiar a captação de imagens e vídeos no dia a dia da emissora;

Gravar conteúdos dinâmicos para redes sociais, especialmente em formatos verticais;

Apoiar a edição de vídeos curtos para Reels, Stories, TikTok e demais canais digitais;

Criar, agendar e publicar conteúdos, como posts, carrosséis, stories e vídeos;

Acompanhar tendências digitais, formatos, áudios, trends e referências de conteúdo;

Apoiar a cobertura de pautas, eventos, bastidores e ações da emissora;

Contribuir com ideias criativas para conteúdos e campanhas digitais;

Apoiar a organização dos materiais produzidos, seguindo orientações da equipe de Marketing e Digital.

Requisitos

Estar cursando ou ser formado em Publicidade e Propaganda, Jornalismo, Marketing, Audiovisual ou áreas relacionadas;

Interesse por redes sociais, produção de conteúdo, vídeo e comunicação digital;

Familiaridade com Instagram, TikTok e formatos de conteúdo para redes sociais;

Noções de captação de imagem e vídeo com smartphone ou câmera;

Noções de edição de vídeos em ferramentas mobile ou desktop, como CapCut, InShot, Premiere ou similares;

Boa comunicação, criatividade e disposição para aprender;

Proatividade para circular pelos ambientes da emissora, acompanhar gravações e apoiar a produção de conteúdo.

Será um diferencial

Ter portfólio, perfil, trabalhos acadêmicos ou produções autorais em vídeo, social media ou conteúdo digital;

Ter familiaridade com criação de roteiros curtos, legendas, tendências e linguagem para redes sociais;

Gostar de acompanhar conteúdos de marcas, veículos de comunicação, creators e tendências digitais;

Ter facilidade para propor ideias e adaptar conteúdo para diferentes formatos.

Perfil que buscamos

Buscamos uma pessoa curiosa, criativa, comunicativa e com vontade de aprender.

É importante gostar de redes sociais, ter interesse por produção audiovisual e se sentir à vontade em uma rotina dinâmica, com gravações, bastidores, mudanças de pauta e interação com diferentes pessoas da equipe.

Não é necessário ter experiência profissional anterior. Mais do que domínio técnico, buscamos alguém com repertório digital, iniciativa, responsabilidade e interesse real em se desenvolver na área de conteúdo.
