De functie

Als Lead Auditor CO₂-Prestatieladder voer je zelfstandig audits uit bij organisaties binnen onder andere de bouw, infrastructuur, groenvoorziening, transport, productie en (semi-)overheid. Je beoordeelt hoe organisaties invulling geven aan hun CO₂-reductiedoelstellingen en adviseert vanuit jouw expertise over de toepassing van de norm.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent onderdeel van een betrokken team waarin kennisdeling en samenwerking centraal staan.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Uitvoeren van audits op de CO₂-Prestatieladder bij uiteenlopende organisaties;
  • Beoordelen van processen, doelstellingen en CO₂-reductiemaatregelen;
  • Opstellen van heldere auditrapportages;
  • Uitvoeren van reviews en kwaliteitscontroles op rapportages van collega’s;
  • Overleggen met collega’s over norminterpretaties en audituitvoering;
  • Bijblijven met ontwikkelingen binnen duurzaamheid, wet- en regelgeving en de CO₂-Prestatieladder;

Mogelijkheid om, afhankelijk van ervaring en interesse, ook ingezet te worden op andere duurzaamheidsschema’s.

Wat jij meebrengt

Wij zoeken een professional met affiniteit voor duurzaamheid, kwaliteit en bedrijfsprocessen. Ervaring als auditor is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen harde eis.

Heb jij bijvoorbeeld ervaring als:

· KAM-manager;

· KAM-coördinator;

· QHSE-specialist;

· duurzaamheidsadviseur;

· compliance officer;

of een vergelijkbare rol? Dan nodigen wij je nadrukkelijk uit om te reageren.

Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

  • Affiniteit met duurzaamheid, auditing en certificering;
  • Bekendheid met sectoren zoals bouw, infra, groenvoorziening of transport;
  • Interesse in de CO₂-Prestatieladder en duurzaamheidsvraagstukken;
  • Kennis van of interesse in thema’s zoals GHG Protocol, ISO-normen, energiebeheer en CO₂-reductie;
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om helder te rapporteren;
  • Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk;
  • Bereid om te reizen binnen Nederland. Heb je nog geen auditorervaring maar wel relevante sector- of KAM-ervaring? Ook dan maken we graag kennis met je. Wij bieden mogelijkheden om je op te leiden richting auditor.

Wat jij krijgt

  • een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.836,- en € 5.276,- op basis van 38,75 uur (inschaling op basis van kennis en ervaring, schaal F-G-H);
  • een individueel keuze budget van 18,4% bovenop je salaris dat je kunt laten uitbetalen of extra vrije tijd mee kunt kopen;
  • leaseauto of mobiliteitsbudget;
  • laptop, telefoon en bijdrage in het opzetten van jouw thuiswerkplek;
  • thuiswerkvergoeding, internetvergoeding en een kleine gratificatie tijdens officiële feestdagen;
  • 25 vakantiedagen én een halve dag vrij op jouw verjaardag;
  • Een zeer goede pensioenopbouw, waarbij de inleg door ons iedere 5 levensjaren wordt verhoogd tot zo’n 28%, eigen vaste bijdrage van 4,4%
  • ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden: mogelijkheid tot het volgen van opleidingen voor persoonlijke en professionele groei; mogelijkheden voor internationale samenwerking en kennisuitwisseling; doorgroeien in je functie als Auditor naar Lead Auditor.
  • flexibele werktijden en je kunt je eigen agenda indelen.
