Ben jij goed in plannen, krijg je energie van schakelen tussen verschillende partijen en sta je stevig in je schoenen? Dan zoeken we jou als Planner bij Control Union in Zwolle.

Je krijgt een zelfstandige rol binnen een warm, informeel en internationaal team. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat de planning klopt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Planner zorg je ervoor dat onze auditoren op het juiste moment op de juiste plek zijn. Je houdt overzicht over agenda’s, audits, reistijden en klantwensen en zorgt dat alles goed op elkaar aansluit.

Soms plan je maanden vooruit, soms verandert de planning dezelfde dag nog. Jij schakelt snel en zorgt voor een goede oplossing.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Slimme en haalbare planningen maken;
  • Audits inplannen van één uur tot meerdere dagen;
  • Snel schakelen bij ziekte, spoed of last-minute klantverzoeken;
  • Werkdruk en capaciteit van auditoren bewaken;
  • Bevestigingen en andere praktische zaken regelen.

Met wie werk je?

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega Maarten. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de planning staat en knelpunten snel worden opgelost.

Daarnaast heb je veel contact met:

  • Auditoren;
  • Klanten;
  • Collega’s binnen verschillende teams.

Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende mensen en belangen en staat stevig in je schoenen wanneer dat nodig is.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Salaris: € 2.607 tot € 4.051 bruto per maand op fulltime basis (38,75 uur, schaal E of F);
  • Individueel Keuze Budget: 18,4% boven op je salaris;
  • Hybride werken: minimaal 50% van je werktijd op kantoor;
  • Thuiswerken: laptop en € 2,45 thuiswerkvergoeding per dag;
  • Reizen: 100% OV-reiskostenvergoeding via een Shuttelkaart;
  • Een informeel team met korte lijnen;
  • Veel vrijheid en ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Ons hoofdkantoor bevindt zich in Zwolle. We zijn onderdeel van Peterson Control Union, met de hoofdvestiging in Rotterdam.
