Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExperiência anterior na área de marketing, preferencialmente em supermercados, varejo, atacarejo ou empresas com grande fluxo de clientes.Vivência com planejamento de campanhas promocionais, ações comerciais, calendário sazonal e estratégias para aumento de vendas;Conhecimento em marketing digital, redes sociais, mídia paga, comunicação visual e ações no ponto de venda;Experiência com gestão de CRM, estratégias de relacionamento com clientes, campanhas segmentadas e ações de fidelização;Conhecimento em trade marketing, encartes promocionais, automação de marketing, programas de fidelidade e experiência do cliente;Perfil criativo, estratégico, inovador, organizado e orientado a resultados;Boa comunicação, liderança, senso de urgência e facilidade para atuar em conjunto com áreas como Comercial, Compras, Operações e Recursos Humanos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando ensino superior ou superior completo em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação ou áreas relacionadas;Cursos estratégicos na área serão considerados importantes, como:Marketing Estratégico, Marketing Digital, Gestão de CRM, Trade Marketing, Gestão de Categorias, Marketing Analytics, Branding, Planejamento de Campanhas, Experiência do Cliente, E-commerce e Omnichannel.Boa comunicação escrita e verbal.Organização, criatividade e atenção aos prazos.Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de edição de imagens e vídeos será considerado um diferencial.
