Convixion selecciona para marca de indumentaria femenina  Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para desempeñarse en un rol que combina la atención comercial en tienda con la gestión de los canales digitales de venta.

Buscamos una persona con marcada orientación comercial, interés por la moda y afinidad con las herramientas digitales, que disfrute tanto del contacto directo con clientes como de la gestión de ventas a través de plataformas online y redes sociales.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Brindar asesoramiento y atención personalizada a clientes en el local.
  • Gestionar consultas y ventas provenientes de redes sociales y canales digitales.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de pedidos y clientes a través de eCommerce.
  • Administrar publicaciones y ventas en Mercado Libre.
  • Dar soporte en la gestión diaria de redes sociales y atención de mensajes.
  • Colaborar con el equipo en el seguimiento del proceso comercial y la experiencia del cliente.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de productos, stock y publicaciones digitales.
  • Realizar tareas de control y seguimiento de stock, colaborando en la correcta reposición y disponibilidad de productos.
  • Participar en la organización y mantenimiento del depósito, asegurando el orden y control de mercadería.
  • Participar en tareas administrativas vinculadas a la operación comercial.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en ventas, preferentemente en rubro moda, indumentaria o retail.
  • Experiencia en gestión de ventas online y canales de eCommerce.
  • Manejo de redes sociales con fines comerciales.
  • Experiencia utilizando Mercado Libre u otras plataformas de venta online.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas y Excel.
  • Interés por la moda y conocimiento de telas y productos de indumentaria será valorado.
  • Perfil proactivo, organizado y con fuerte orientación al cliente.

Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial, horario completo de lunes a viernes y sabados medio horario.
