Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Desarrollador/a Full Stack. La posición tendrá un rol clave en el desarrollo y evolución de las soluciones tecnológicas de la empresa, actuando como nexo entre las distintas áreas del negocio y el equipo de desarrollo. Será responsable de comprender las necesidades operativas, participar en el análisis y diseño de soluciones, colaborar en el desarrollo e implementación de nuevas funcionalidades y contribuir a la mejora continua de las plataformas y procesos tecnológicos.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones internas de la empresa.
  • Participar en el análisis técnico de nuevos requerimientos y en el diseño e implementación de nuevas funcionalidades.
  • Desarrollar y mantener integraciones entre sistemas, contribuyendo a la evolución y mejora continua de las plataformas.
  • Analizar procesos operativos, relevar necesidades junto a las distintas áreas del negocio y proponer soluciones tecnológicas.
  • Traducir requerimientos funcionales en especificaciones técnicas para su implementación.
  • Colaborar en la definición del alcance, estimación y priorización de nuevos desarrollos.
  • Participar en la validación funcional de las soluciones implementadas junto a los usuarios.
  • Promover buenas prácticas de desarrollo, participar en code reviews cuando corresponda y colaborar en la documentación técnica de las soluciones.
  • Brindar soporte técnico al equipo de desarrollo y participar en la resolución de incidentes técnicos complejos.
  • Colaborar en iniciativas de automatización, mejora continua, despliegue y mantenimiento de ambientes.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años, o experiencia equivalente demostrable, en desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones web Full Stack utilizando frameworks modernos.
  • Experiencia en diseño, desarrollo e integración de APIs y servicios entre sistemas.
  • Conocimientos en modelado y optimización de bases de datos relacionales
  • Manejo de Git y experiencia trabajando con flujos de trabajo colaborativos.
  • Conocimientos de Linux y herramientas de virtualización o contenedores (Docker o similares).
  • Experiencia en procesos de integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD).
  • Experiencia trabajando con procesos de QA, testing y control de calidad.
  • Capacidad para analizar requerimientos funcionales y transformarlos en soluciones técnicas.
  • Se valorarán conocimientos o experiencia en automatización de procesos, integración entre aplicaciones y utilización de herramientas de IA aplicadas al desarrollo o a la mejora de procesos.
  • Interés por la incorporación de nuevas tecnologías, herramientas de IA y automatización para mejorar procesos y productividad.
