Requisitos

En CONVOTIS Iberia buscamos incorporar a un/a Product Manager con un perfil muy hands-on, orientado a la definición, desarrollo y lanzamiento de productos. Buscamos a alguien que se sienta cómodo trabajando codo con codo con equipos de negocio, arquitectura e ingeniería, y que disfrute tanto de la parte estratégica como del día a día operativo del producto.

Funciones:

  • Gestión del backlog y definición de requisitos
  • Priorización de funcionalidades en entornos Agile
  • Colaboración estrecha con equipos de negocio, arquitectura e ingeniería
  • Definición, desarrollo y lanzamiento de producto de principio a fin
  • Gestión de stakeholders y comunicación continua sobre el avance del producto

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia sólida en gestión de producto
  • Experiencia en productos de datos, analítica o soluciones de IA
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos Agile

Se valorará:

  • Experiencia en el sector de telecomunicaciones
  • Conocimiento de KPIs de red
  • Experiencia en IA/GenAI
