This fast-paced, high-energy role focuses on sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing goods to ensure smooth shipping and receiving processes. Key Duties & Responsibilities Sort and pick retail products and packages accurately for holiday distribution. Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely. Organize inventory within the facility, maintaining cross-docking and distribution efficiency. Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to scan and track packages. Maintain safety standards by keeping work zones clear and reporting any equipment maintenance needs. Job Requirements Must own and wear Steel-Toed Boots on every shift. Physical stamina to consistently lift, pack, and stand for an 8-hour shift. Team player mentality with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Dans ce rôle actif, vous effectuerez le tri, le chargement, le déchargement et l'organisation des marchandises pour assurer la fluidité des expéditions. Responsabilités clés Trier et préparer les produits et colis avec précision pour la distribution de pointe. Charger et décharger les cargaisons de manière sécuritaire. Organiser les stocks dans les zones désignées pour optimiser l'espace de l'entrepôt. Utiliser les systèmes de gestion d'entrepôt (WMS) pour scanner et suivre les inventaires. Respecter les normes de sécurité les plus strictes de l'industrie. Profil recherché Posséder obligatoirement des bottes de sécurité (embout d'acier). Excellente forme physique pour soulever des charges et travailler debout pendant 8 heures. Esprit d'équipe, fiabilité et rapidité d'exécution. Une expérience préalable en tri, préparation de commandes ou conduite d'équipement lourd est un atout, mais non obligatoire.
