En esta oportunidad, estamos en búsqueda de Oficiales de Crédito para unirse a nuestro equipo. Si te apasiona el mundo financiero y tienes experiencia en el sector, ¡esta es tu oportunidad!

Como Oficial de Crédito, serás el encargado de gestionar y analizar los procesos de otorgamiento de créditos, evaluando la capacidad de pago de los clientes y asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos establecidos.

Buscamos personas proactivas, con habilidades para la negociación y orientadas a resultados. Es fundamental contar con sólidos conocimientos en productos financieros y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en un entorno dinámico.

Requisitos

  • Formación Académica: De preferencia personas con título de tercer nivel en carreras como: Administración de empersas, Econonomía, Finanzas, Comercio y Relaciones Públicas o carreras afines (NO EXCLUYENTE).
  • Competencias Técnicas: Manejo de paquete de microsoft office, dominio en el analisis de central de riesgos (Score Crediticio), orientación a resultados, adaptación al cambio y negociación persuasiva.
  • Habilidades requeridas:
  1. Análisis de Riesgo: Evaluar solicitudes de crédito analizando estados financieros, flujos de caja y comportamientos crediticios.
  2. Gestión de cartera: Monitorear y analizar el cumplimiento de pagos para mitigar el índice de morosidad.
  3. Gestión Comercial: Asesorar sobre condiciones de crédito y planes de financiamiento a socios.
  • Poseer movilización propia. (NO EXCLUYENTE)
