COP – AMACO, société spécialisée dans la réalisation de prestations clé en main et l’agencement de magasins depuis 1989, réunit aujourd’hui plus de 150 employés répartis sur 3 sites à proximité de Strasbourg et réalise un chiffre d’affaires annuel de 25 M€. Depuis plus de 30 ans nous concevons et réalisons des mobiliers et équipements pour les plus grandes enseignes de la grande distribution. Forts d’une croissance record, nous venons de créer un nouveau service dédié au développement de nouvelles solutions destinées à digitaliser nos produits, pour cela nous avons besoin de nouveaux talents afin de compléter nos équipes.

Vos Missions

Vous intégrerez le service Digital, au sein d'une équipe jeune et dynamique, afin de participer aux développements et à la mise en place de nouveaux projets High-Tech. En parallèle vous aurez également à gérer un portefeuille de plusieurs familles de produits (pièces mécaniques, injection/extrusion plastique, tôlerie, emballage, pièces électroniques, bois, etc…)

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

· Participation au discussions/réunions projets

· Définition des besoins en lien avec les équipes techniques

· Sourcing de sociétés spécialisées

· Organisation/suivi d’audits fournisseurs

· Constitution, envoi et suivi des dossier RFQ

· Définition des contrats fournisseurs

· Suivi du prototypage et de l’industrialisation

· Suivi quotidien des productions et des plannings de livraison

· Vérification de la mise en conformité des produits/matières premières

· Définition et suivi des politiques qualité

· Organisation et suivi de la logistique

· Mise en place de démarches d’optimisation des activités fournisseurs

Dans le cadre de ces missions, vous aurez pour principaux objectifs la recherche de fournisseurs adaptés tout en négociant les prix et les conditions de paiement les plus justes, la mise en place d’outils/procédés adéquats afin de sécuriser les approvisionnements, et définir les actions nécessaires à l’amélioration du suivi fournisseurs (analyse des activités et mise en place d’actions correctrices).

-Issu(e) d’une formation d’acheteur(se) avec expérience dans les achats techniques OU d’une formation technique avec expérience significative dans les achats

-Entre 3 et 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire

-Maîtrise impérative de l’anglais (C1 minimum)

-Maîtrise impérative du chinois mandarin (HSK 5 minimum)

- L’Allemand professionnel serait un réel plus

La société étant en pleine évolution, vous serez amené(e) à travailler dans un contexte stimulant sur des thématiques pouvant être hautement techniques. Nous sommes à la recherche d’un profil capable de sortir de sa zone de confort, désireux d’accroître ses connaissances techniques et qui est prêt à accepter de nouveaux challenges. Pour mener à bien ces missions vous devrez impérativement vous montrer proactif(ve), être capable de prendre des initiatives et de travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome dans les tâches qui vous seront confiées.
