The posting

Buscamos um profissional com vivência em refrigeração, especialmente na operação e manutenção de câmaras frias de grande porte. O profissional será responsável por garantir o funcionamento adequado dos sistemas de refrigeração e dos equipamentos, realizando manutenções preventivas e corretivas, identificando falhas e assegurando a continuidade operacional das instalações da empresa.

É importante ter conhecimento técnico em equipamentos, componentes e peças de refrigeração, além de habilidade para diagnosticar problemas e executar reparos com segurança e eficiência.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em sistemas de refrigeração e câmaras frias de grande porte.
  • Avaliar o funcionamento dos equipamentos, identificar falhas e executar os reparos necessários.
  • Inspecionar compressores, condensadores, motores elétricos, quadros elétricos e demais componentes dos sistemas de refrigeração.
  • Identificar, especificar e solicitar peças, materiais e componentes necessários para manutenções, substituições e reparos.
  • Avaliar, dimensionar, instalar e operar equipamentos de refrigeração.
  • Realizar montagem e manutenção de tubulações e ramais de refrigeração.
  • Executar procedimentos técnicos, como aplicação de vácuo nos sistemas de refrigeração.
  • Realizar verificações elétricas e manutenção de equipamentos, conforme capacitação e procedimentos de segurança aplicáveis.
  • Acompanhar o desempenho dos sistemas, identificando riscos de falhas e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Registrar as manutenções realizadas e comunicar necessidades de intervenção ou substituição de componentes.
  • Acessar câmaras frias e realizar trabalhos em altura quando necessário, observando os procedimentos de segurança.
  • Contribuir para a conservação dos equipamentos e para a continuidade das operações da empresa.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Sólida vivência na área de refrigeração.
  • Habilidades com câmaras frias de grande porte, preferencialmente em ambientes industriais, logísticos ou de armazenagem de alimentos.
  • Conhecimento em manutenção preventiva e corretiva de sistemas de refrigeração.
  • Conhecimento de peças, componentes e funcionamento dos equipamentos de refrigeração.
  • Capacidade de identificar falhas, realizar diagnósticos e executar reparos.
  • Conhecimentos de elétrica aplicada aos sistemas de refrigeração.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar conforme as necessidades operacionais da empresa.
