Hoy nuestra Gerencia de Marketing, está en búsqueda de un/una Analista Servicio al Cliente, para ser responsable de resolver en tiempo y forma los reclamos, solicitudes y consultas de clientes considerando todos los canales de atención. Dar soporte interno para el entendimiento de causas raíz, con el fin de apoyar en los procesos de mejora continua e impacto en la satisfacción de clientes.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Actuar como el punto principal de contacto con los clientes de Copec Flux, brindando una atención de alta calidad fundamentada en una comunicación clara, empática y efectiva.
  • Recepcionar, gestionar y resolver de manera integral todo tipo de requerimientos, asegurando el estricto cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio institucionales.
  • Liderar la gestión del ciclo completo de cada caso (end-to-end), coordinando activamente con las áreas técnicas para dar solución oportuna dentro de los SLA definidos.
  • Identificar e informar oportunamente las incidencias o fallas operativas en los procesos que afecten la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Analizar las causas raíz de los problemas detectados y proponer iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a optimizar la experiencia de los clientes.

Requisitos

  • Título Técnico Profesional o Profesional en áreas de Administración, o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia previa en áreas de atención, soporte y servicio al cliente.
  • Experiencia en gestión de relaciones con clientes, idealmente en contextos técnicos o del sector energético.
  • Manejo de CRM Salesforce o plataformas similares (deseable).
