Hoy nuestra Gerencia de Residencial se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Capataz de Carga Eléctrica .Si te caracteriza la proactividad, la capacidad de organización y te apasiona el constante aprendizaje y desarrollo profesional, ¡esta oportunidad es para ti!

Propósito del cargo:

Liderar la ejecución técnica de infraestructura de recarga para vehículos eléctricos, garantizando la seguridad de la cuadrilla, el cumplimiento normativo (SEC) y el cronograma operativo, para asegurar la certificación TE6 con cero reprocesos y la eliminación de visitas por post-venta.

Principales responsabilidades:

  1. Velar permanentemente por la integridad física del equipo, dictando la charla de seguridad diaria y garantizando el uso obligatorio e innegociable de EPP.
  2. Inspeccionar el área de trabajo y supervisar el uso de herramientas, verificando personalmente la correcta instalación de líneas de vida y puntos de anclaje para trabajos en altura.
  3. Contrastar el informe constructivo con la realidad de la vivienda y reportar cualquier anomalía o discrepancia operativa dentro de las primeras dos horas de jornada.
  4. Lograr la ejecución del proyecto de acuerdo a los estándares de calidad y plazos planificados, estableciendo la secuencia constructiva diaria más eficiente en terreno.
  5. Supervisar la ejecución técnica para asegurar que no falte ningún hito ni registro documental necesario para garantizar un proceso de certificación TE6 exitoso.
  6. Velar por un acabado impecable y limpieza total del área de trabajo para cumplir con el estándar de servicio al cliente, previniendo visitas futuras por post-venta.
  7. Realizar una inspección final exhaustiva del proyecto para asegurar que la entrega sea completa, bajo normativa SEC y sin detalles técnicos pendientes.
  8. Gestionar la captura y carga oportuna de evidencia fotográfica del proceso (antes, durante y después) en las plataformas internas para asegurar la trazabilidad.
  9. Supervisar la conducción segura, el estado operativo del vehículo y llevar el estricto control de inventario de materiales y herramientas de la camioneta, previniendo mermas.
  10. Ejercer polivalencia táctica prestando apoyo técnico y operativo ocasional a las cuadrillas de proyectos solares, adaptándose a las normativas (TE4) y protocolos de dicha especialidad.

Requisitos

  1. Formación Técnico Profesional en Eléctricidad, Técnico en Energías renovables o carreras a fines
  2. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en sistemas fotovoltaicos.(Deseable)
  3. Mínimo 1 año de instalación residencial (ideal)
  4. Licencia Conducir Clase B (Excluyente)
  5. Licencia SEC A,B,C o D (excluyente)
  6. Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial.
