Propósito del cargo:

Garantizar la protección, integridad, disponibilidad y confidencialidad de los sistemas informáticos, redes y activos de datos de la compañía frente a amenazas y riesgos cibernéticos.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Operación y Monitoreo de Controles de Seguridad: Administrar y monitorear permanentemente las plataformas de protección y detección (CrowdStrike, Lumu, Vicarius, Nozomi, Netskope, AWS GuardDuty). Asegurar la cobertura continua de agentes, trazabilidad de configuraciones y supervisión de la infraestructura para mitigar brechas operacionales.
  • Gestión de Vulnerabilidades y Remediación: Identificar, priorizar y dar seguimiento a hallazgos de vulnerabilidades, auditorías y exposición externa (SecurityScorecard). Gestionar tickets y compromisos en Jira coordinando con los responsables de TI, aplicaciones y operaciones de las filiales hasta verificar su remediación.
  • Detección, Investigación y Respuesta a Incidentes: Analizar alertas en tiempo real junto con el servicio SOC y personal de turno. Determinar el alcance preliminar, liderar la contención técnica inmediata dentro de sus atribuciones y coordinar con la Jefatura de Ciberseguridad y áreas locales el restablecimiento seguro de las operaciones.
  • Seguridad en Entornos Cloud e Industriales (OT): Evaluar configuraciones y desviaciones de seguridad en plataformas de nube (AWS, GCP) y redes. Coordinar junto a los equipos de automatización la revisión de alertas industriales (Nozomi) en plantas operativas, resguardando la continuidad del negocio.
  • Gobierno, Relacionamiento y Cultura de Seguridad: Representar el estado de riesgo y métricas de seguridad ante la jefatura, comités y responsables de filiales. Apoyar la elaboración y actualización de procedimientos técnicos, documentación operativa y acciones orientadas a la concientización y buenas prácticas de seguridad corporativa.

Requisitos

Formación Académica y Experiencia General

  • Formación académica: Profesional titulado/a de Ingeniería Civil Informática, Ingeniería en Computación, Telecomunicaciones, Ciberseguridad o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia general: Desde 4 años de experiencia en roles de seguridad de la información, ciberseguridad u operaciones de TI.

Requisitos Excluyentes

  • Excluyente en manejo y aplicación del estándar NIST (Cybersecurity Framework).
  • Excluyente en manejo y conocimiento comprobable de NERC-CIP aplicado a infraestructuras críticas / plantas fotovoltaicas.
  • Experiencia práctica en operación de controles de seguridad, análisis de alertas y gestión de vulnerabilidades.
  • Gestión de incidentes y requerimientos técnicos mediante herramientas de ticketing (Jira).

Requisitos Deseables

  • Experiencia en ejecución o rol de contraparte técnica en pruebas de pentesting y ethical hacking.
  • Conocimiento de la normativa nacional: Ley Marco de Ciberseguridad, lineamientos ANCI, Operadores de Importancia Vital (OIV) y Proveedores de Servicios Esenciales.
  • Conocimiento de la norma ISO/IEC 27001.
  • Fundamentos de seguridad en entornos industriales/OT (Nozomi o afines) y plataformas Cloud (AWS).
  • Capacidad de análisis de riesgos técnicos y elaboración de reportes ejecutivos.
