Propósito del cargo:

Garantizar la protección, integridad, disponibilidad y confidencialidad de los sistemas informáticos, redes y activos de datos de la compañía frente a amenazas y riesgos cibernéticos.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Implementación de Medidas de Seguridad: Diseñar y desplegar controles de seguridad orientados a proteger los sistemas y datos críticos de la empresa, previniendo ciberataques que comprometan la continuidad operacional o información sensible.
  • Monitoreo Continuo y Detección de Amenazas: Supervisar permanentemente la infraestructura tecnológica para detectar eventos o actividades sospechosas en tiempo real, permitiendo una reacción oportuna antes de que se generen incidentes de alto impacto.
  • Gestión de Vulnerabilidades y Pentesting: Coordinar y analizar los hallazgos derivados de pruebas de penetración (pentesting) y auditorías de seguridad, gestionando la remediación de brechas antes de que puedan ser explotadas.
  • Gestión e Intervención de Incidentes: Liderar la respuesta y contención inmediata ante violaciones de seguridad, asegurando la mitigación del daño y el restablecimiento seguro de las operaciones del negocio.
  • Comités e Instancias de Gobierno: Participar activamente en el Comité de Ciberseguridad y Seguridad de la Información, aportando visión técnica e informes de estado de riesgo.
  • Normativa y Cultura (Awareness): Elaborar y actualizar planes, políticas, procedimientos y programas de concientización (awareness) en ciberseguridad para todos los colaboradores de la organización.

Requisitos

  • Título profesional: Profesional titulado de las carreras de Ingeniería Civil en Computación, Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o especialidad afín.
  • Experiencia profesional: De 2 a 3 años de experiencia en roles de seguridad de la información, ciberseguridad u operaciones de TI.

Experiencia específica:

  • Deseable experiencia con estandar NIST Deseable experiencia con ANCI, Ley de Ciberseguridad, Proveedores Esenciales y OIV.
  • Ejecución o contraparte técnica en pruebas de Pentesting y Ethical Hacking.
  • Análisis de resultados técnicos, evaluación de riesgos y confección de reportes ejecutivos.
  • Gestión de requerimientos e incidentes mediante herramientas de ticketing (JIRA bajo metodología de proyectos).

Conocimientos Técnicos y Normativos

  • Marco de referencia de Ciberseguridad NIST (Excluyente).
  • Conocimiento de la norma ISO/IEC 27001 (Deseable).
  • Herramientas de pruebas de penetración, análisis de vulnerabilidades y monitoreo.
