¡Hoy nuestra Gerencia de Operaciones está en búsqueda de su próximo/a Ingeniero/a SCADA!

En este cargo serás responsable de administrar, desarrollar, integrar y optimizar los sistemas SCADA y tecnologías de operación (OT) de las plantas de generación de energía, asegurando su disponibilidad, confiabilidad y continuidad operacional. Participando en proyectos de automatización, integración tecnológica y resolución de problemas técnicos complejos.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Administrar y optimizar SCADA: Configurar, mantener y mejorar las plataformas SCADA, asegurando el correcto monitoreo y control de las instalaciones.
  • Integrar sistemas y equipos: Implementar comunicaciones e integraciones con inversores, medidores, RTU, PLC, reconectadores, controladores de planta (PPC) y otros dispositivos industriales.
  • Diagnosticar y resolver fallas: Identificar, analizar y solucionar incidentes en sistemas SCADA, comunicaciones industriales y equipos asociados, minimizando su impacto operacional.
  • Implementar proyectos: Participar en el desarrollo, migración, actualización y puesta en servicio de sistemas SCADA y soluciones de automatización.
  • Realizar pruebas y validaciones: Ejecutar pruebas funcionales, de comunicación y control, verificando el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas y su integración con otras plataformas.
  • Garantizar la continuidad operacional y ciberseguridad OT: Contribuir a la disponibilidad y seguridad de los sistemas, mediante respaldos, control de cambios, mantenimiento y buenas prácticas de ciberseguridad industrial.
  • Monitorear y analizar información: Supervisar la calidad de los datos, alarmas, tendencias e históricos, identificando oportunidades de mejora y automatización.
  • Documentar y brindar soporte técnico: Mantener actualizadas las arquitecturas, configuraciones y procedimientos técnicos, apoyando a los equipos de Operaciones, Mantenimiento e Ingeniería.

Requisitos

  • Título profesional de Ingeniero/a Civil Eléctrico/a, Ingeniero/a Civil en Automatización y, Electrónica, o carrera afín.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en desarrollo e implementación de proyectos de automatización, sistemas SCADA o entornos OT.
  • Experiencia demostrable en plataformas SCADA con enfoque en plantas fotovoltaicas de autoconsumo (PMGD/C&I).
  • Deseable postítulo, diplomado o certificación en Sistemas de Automatización Industrial, Ciberseguridad OT, Redes Industriales, Energías Renovables / Proyectos Fotovoltaicos o Sistemas de Control Distribuido.
  • Deseable experiencia en el uso y administración de plataformas SCADA, preferentemente zenon de COPA-DATA.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Sistemas SCADA: Configuración, administración, monitoreo y diagnóstico de plataformas SCADA.
  • Protocolos industriales: Modbus (TCP/RTU), IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104 y DNP3.
  • Redes y comunicaciones: Redes industriales, comunicaciones TCP/IP y diagnóstico de conectividad.
  • Integración de equipos: Integración de RTU, PLC, inversores, medidores y sistemas de control.
  • Interpretación técnica: Lectura de diagramas eléctricos, planos unilineales y arquitecturas de comunicaciones.
